Patient Zero by Jonathan Maberry- Imagine, if you will, Michael Weston from Burn Notice given a bunch of methamphetamines and a little more testosterone, and command of a Federal task force that’s part of a secret sect of the American government. Then put him up against a terrorist organization funded by a pharmaceutical multi-billionaire that’s hell bent on bring Hell to earth in the form of scientifically engineered zombies. And you get Patient Zero. Intense, funny, and a damn solid read from start to finish. This one comes highly recommended.
